Reparaturqualität: Das zweite Mal kein Leihauto verfügbar, obwohl durch Motorschaden eine große Reparatur anstand. Es ist wohl wichtiger, dass jeder Verkäufer und/oder Mitarbeiter mit einem Auto des Autohauses fährt, anstatt ein Kunde zufrieden gestellt wird. Wir zeigten auch Interesse an der Anschaffung/Eintausch eines Wagens, aber darauf wurde nicht eingegangen oder bestand kein Interesse - dafür ist dieses Autohaus ohnehin bekannt. Gesamtbewertung des Betriebs (verfiziert): Already explained in my previous answers Beratungsleistung: I was not advised that the car mirrors are not foldable, no matter that I explicitly explained to the salesperson that I have to park the car in a narrow garage and asked & was provided data on the width of the car with the mirrors open & folded - without clarification that the mirrors are not automatic, which a person would assume as a standard functionality, having in mind the fact that it's a newly bought in 2025 car. The other surprise was that I was not informed that the Multimedia or MMI (not sure of the terminology) is a limited version - eg. you cannot use embedded navigation software and the only option would be via phone connected, which makes its use much more cumbersome. Not to mention that if the car is to be driven through parts of Europe not belonging to the EU, this would be quite costly exercise. I have already checked in two dealership if I can pay the two issues above to be solved - and in both locations the answer was negative, which makes the Audi purchase having a negative final taste. Kundenbetreuung: the details are provided in the first answer - did not receive information related to absence of car functionality one would expect as standard. When I share this with the sales person, the answer was that I didn't explicitly ask about it. On one hand, it is not true, as already explained, I have been sharing the foldable mirrors were important for me. In the same time, the expectation a customer would be prepared to ask if modern standard solutions were embedded in the car is as expecting us to ask if the car has four wheels or a steering wheel
